Cancellation & Refunds

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By enrolling in Ted's Quant Cohort, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Product Policy

Ted's Quant Cohort is a digital educational product. Once access to cohort materials, sessions, or any digital content has been granted, the sale is considered final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds after access has been provided.

2. Cancellation Before Access

If you wish to cancel your enrolment before accessing any cohort content or sessions, please contact us within 24 hours of payment at team@therealway.in. We will process a full refund in such cases, provided access has not yet been granted.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Payment was made in error (duplicate charge or technical error)
• The cohort is cancelled by therealway.in before it begins
• A request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before any content is accessed

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after accessing cohort content
• Failure to attend scheduled live sessions
• Partial use of the cohort materials
• Requests made after 24 hours of purchase

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Razorpay's processing timelines may apply.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email us at team@therealway.in with:

• Your full name
• Email address used at the time of purchase
• Razorpay payment ID or order ID
• Reason for the refund request
